Lead a Weblog for Young Adult Leaders

It seems everywhere I look lately, I see the people who don’t fit into ANY church. One seems too needy and makes people around her uncomfortable. Another is a single dad who thinks he has too much baggage to be a part of any gathering of believers. How do we help these people find belonging?

In many churches, discipleship is a much talked of, but rarely seen phenomenon. The system is badly broken in a world of young adults who distrust programs and institutions. In many ways, this is good news. It means getting back to the heartbeat of discipleship - relationship.

I love people. One of the most influential people I have ever met is a guy named Joe. Joe worked with this team of young adults who traveled around to college campuses speaking to students about what God is doing in the world and encouraging us to pray about being part of it.
