threadsmedia Redesigns
You may have seen some things changing around here over the past several weeks, but allow me tp officially announce the new version of of threadsmedia.com.
The design concept was pulled of by our good friends at ST8MNT and fine-tuned by our very own Heather Manning and Stephanie Salvator. Fine work all around.
There are some things left to be done, such as the store and some various dark corners of the site, but we wanted to go ahead and make the improvements available for everyone.
Let me give you a quick tour of what’s new and different:

Commenting
Being a member of Threads is no longer required to post comments. We wanted to make it faster and easier for people to be able to talk to us (we love getting feedback and getting to know people interested in young adult ministry). You will have to answer a very simple question before you can submit a comment, but that is just there to keep most spam off of our site. Give it a try on this post, and let us know what you think about the new site.
3 Main Blogs
The site has three main blogs; Lead, Life, and Blog.
Lead is full of teacher and leadership tips, tricks, and thoughts.
Life is full of articles that deal with life issues, beliefs, struggles, etc.
Blog is simple for news and updates about and from the threads team. This is where we’ll let you know about upcoming studies and events, plus give you an inside look at our work at Threads.
There are other blogs on the site for people using specific studies or going to certain events. Of particular note in this area is our LifeMatters Blog, which has weekly insights into each week’s lesson.

Studies Pages
Our new studies section is designed to contain everything you’d want about any of our studies—basic information, downloads, videos, teacher aids, samples, etc. Currently, only a handful of these pages are available, but the rest will be added over the next month.
Goals
Our goals with this redesign were to make it easier and quicker to find the information you are looking for, but we still have a lot of work to do. Post a comment below to let us know how you like the new site, what we can make better, and anything you’d like to see us add.
