This Pretty Much Says It All!
Sorry this blog is being posted so late, but I have been traveling this week. I reviewing the lesson this week I had many things I wanted to share but after returning from my trip and seeing what Rick Burgess (from the radio show “Rick and Bubba”) had to say at the funeral of his two year old son, my thoughts seemed rather insignificant. This will not be the regular thoughts on a lesson blog, but rather thoughts on life. Leaving it all to God’s divine nature, it goes hand in hand with this week’s lesson. So, block out some time, grab some tissues, and hear a lesson on trusting God with your future!

I am with you Chad. I heard clips from this piece on Christian radio this week on my way to work….The Lord spoke through Rick directly to my heart at that moment. All my thoughts and preparation about our lesson this week fell silent. I knew I had to share this with the bible study class. How better to share the message of what it means to submit to Christ as our Lord. What an inspiration to share the Good News! What a scripture passage to help folks understand how Rick can remain so faithful and strong given the loss of his son!
