From Hamas to Christ, an amazing journey!

Mosab Hassan Yousef is an extraordinary young man with an extraordinary story. He was born the son of one of the most influential leaders of the militant Hamas organization in the West Bank and grew up in a strict Islamic family.

Now, at 30 years old, he attends an evangelical Christian church, Barabbas Road in San Diego, Calif. He renounced his Muslim faith, left his family behind in Ramallah and is seeking asylum in the United States.

This story is absolutely amazing, and its crazy to see how God is working around the world. Sometimes we like to say it is difficult to be a Christian in our culture, but his story is difficult. Take a few minutes and read his story and his interview. His testimony is so powerful. Check it out here.

someimtes all we need is a little perspective thrown on our lives…most of us have never had to sacrifice like so many others have. we don’t understand what it really means to leave behind father, mother, wfe or children for the sake of Christ. maybe giving up certain movies, tv shows or music. but nothing of real significance.
