Fall LifeMatters iMix and NEW Changes!

by Laura Magness on August 30, 2011 to the LifeMatters blog

Believe it or not, Fall is upon us, and that means it’s time for a new quarter of LifeMatters. First, here’s the link to the Fall 2011 iMix on iTunes, where you can purchase all (or a sampling) of the songs from the Fall playlist.

Next, I want to let you know about some updates we’ve made to your leader guide:

  • Each lesson now begins with a “Before Sunday” section containing tips to help you prepare for your upcoming lesson.
  • Another new section, “The Highlights,” summarizes the lesson’s key Scripture passage, main biblical emphasis, and one important point of life application. We know there’s rarely enough time on Sunday mornings to cover everything you want to cover, so The Highlights can ensure your class covers the most important points for each week.
  • Lastly, we’ve included a key thought and key question to accompany each of the three points in the teaching plan. Along with The Highlights, these thoughts and questions in the sidebar of each teaching plan page can help you keep your group meeting on track.

We hope these updates further equip you to lead your group as you study God’s Word together and learn how it impacts your lives. As always, let us know how we can continue to partner with you in making your ministry to young adults as fruitful as possible!
