Collegiate Weeks Planning

Earlier this week, the Threads team brought in over twenty collegiate leaders for our National Collegiate Week planning meeting. We talked about what worked and what didn’t at the ‘08 event and brainstormed some great ideas on how we can make Collegiate Weeks 2009 the best event yet. Michael Kelley will be speaking at the East event in Ridgecrest, NC, while Tony Merida will be speaking nights at the West event in Glorieta, NM. I attended Collegiate Week for the first time last year at Ridgecrest and can’t wait to head to Glorieta for 2009. As we met this week, it was so encouraging to see leaders invest two days to plan this event for no other reason than they want to see the lives of college students changed because of how the Lord speaks to them at Collegiate Week.
