I need an intervention—please don’t call A&E or any other reality TV show.

Intervene is a new event designed to equip and encourage church leaders on how to better understand and engage the life struggles of young adults. Leaders will learn more about some of the difficult issues young adults face such as abuse, addiction, disorders, depression, etc. They’ll gain practical training and insight for ministering to young adults experiencing crisis. Most importantly they’ll find encouragement and hope in the challenges of ministering to this generation.

LifeMatters: LifeMatters Summer 2010 iMix is Available

Last issue was amazing and we heard feedback from many people about the things God taught them through their LifeMatters studies. The next 13 weeks are going to be spent examining 1 and 2 Samuel and trying to process how those principles and truths can impact our lives today.

Spiritual Gifts Survey

The term “spiritual gifts” has become synonymous with the specific ways Christians are equipped to do God’s work, including everything from preaching to being naturally hospitable. When it comes to our spiritual giftedness, the Holy Spirit is the one doing the bestowing, and we should consider ourselves blessed to be the recipients. But it’s a sad fact that many of us acknowledge that the Holy Spirit gifts individual Christians, but we in reality have no idea how He’s gifted us or how to employ the gifts we know we have.
