Housing is NOT INCLUDED in the Program Fee. All BeachReach participants ARE REQUIRED to stay at The Majestic Beach Resort. Groups will still book housing through LifeWay Events Registration (1-800-254-2022) and reserve condos based on the number of people in their group (see below for housing options). If a group does not fill the condo they will still be responsible for the cost of the condo.

Requirements
Every student and leader must complete a participant form. It is not required to have it notarized.

Cancellation Policy
PROGRAM FEE DEPOSIT: A $50.00 deposit per individual is due at the time of registration. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another student. In case of a cancellation, deposits paid may not be used on your remaining balance or be applied to the housing portion. HOUSING FEE DEPOSIT: A $150 deposit is due per condo at the time of your reservation. You may release a reserved condo through February 1, 2010 and apply housing deposits paid to your housing balance. After February 1, 2010 all housing deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A $25.00 Damage Waiver Fee per condo is included in the cost of your condo. Your balance is due one week prior to your arrival at the event.
